It's not the perfect solution. But at least the telemarketer can't call you again until they change their number

This fake "Canadian Pharmacy" telemarketer typically changes their calling number every 3-4 weeks. So at least you will have some short term relief.

Although I imagine most people will simply choose to use an answering machine to screen their calls.

Spam

I just keep calling them back and pissing them off. It cant get any worse, so I figure why not. I've been calling them about 10 times per day for a couple of days now. They are now hanging up on me. Ill report back and see if that does anything.

this Canadian Pharmacy has done the same exact thing they do on my phone that they've done on my computer for YEARS. I get red in the face when I receive an email from someone on my contact list only to open it and have it be Canadian Pharmacy Online!!!
Hundreds of times per year!!  Early on, I spent a couple hours trying to track them down, because I wanted to do DAMAGE!!! But only got circled around each time I called Canada. I learned that the US government has attempted to stop them but they continue to change thier identity. If ANYONE has an answer, I will send MONEY to learn it!!!!!!
