Why are you calling? This scam is too common. IRS DOES NOT CONTACT BY PHONE! They send out a letter with complete details $$$ amounts and reasons for their inquiry.
Called saying they were officers & if I didn't return call the would regard any actions against me. So I called back & got no ring or answer , it just kept hanging up.
