That length is so short they did not let it ring more than three times, maybe not even twice.
When I picked up, no one there and they hung up. Called back and got recording "We're sorry, all are operators are busy right now. If you wish your number to our do not call list, press 1..." Did nothing, and she continued, "We have added your number to our do not call list" (even though I dialed back with caller ID blocked *67)
the true owner of this number is a company called Spokeo (Spokeo.com) who make a business of tracing harassment numbers for a fee (extortion fee) and monthly service.. Their actual number is 877-913-3088 and the true intent is not to sell you a security system but to sell you a service that includes not hounding you day and night.
They are well aware that they are calling people listed on do not call lists, they consistently promise to add you to their do not call list.
Major partners in this service is a Tom Johnson of Los Angeles, California and a woman named Yasmine.
If you wish to pay the extortion fees then you can contact them at Spokeo.com.. that and/or pay for the reverse number look-up that or hope they don't call your cell phone while driving down a free way at 75 miles per hour and/or coming upon a traffic light at a busy intersection... (they do love to threaten to kill people even though they don't actually up an say it.
Perhaps you've already been hit by a car and/or truck who's driver answered their non-stop calling method?

I have gotten repeatedly calls fron this number for months off and on I got one to day I said ws interested he hung up called right back did tht 6 times in row I now have tht number blocked on my phoneso hopefully I don't get anymore.,
