Who called from 4242454070

I received a call from 424-245-4070 on May 10, 2011 at work.  After I answered, no one spoke on the other end, but I could here people shuffling (so someone was there), then I hung-up.  The caller ID said "B H Precious".

Got one too.  Message with just backround noise.

I got a call from this number on 5-26-11 in regards to "Precious metals"  My number is on the Do not call list and has been for over 31 days.   https://www.donotcall.gov/

Call from this number and another with similar expereince... Autovoice saying "Call from ____. To accept press 2".
I hung up. In the previous instance it had said the call was from "Judy".

Second time I got this call in two months.  Shuffling backround noise.  I reported it twice to the FCC already
