they just called me telling e I took a loan out and they had mt bankinf info have no clue how they got it .....!!!! /scammers ... I don't know I am worried because they have info ....
They keep calling my cell phone and my Husbadns job looking for him, finally I answered the phone asked for the address and was givien 1100 Wilshire Blvd Ste. 1700, LA, CA 90027 When I asked for a file number he said their was not one. I told they I knew they were a scam and my husband did not have a loan since he doesn't even have a checking account and he insisted I was wrong. After I hung up on him, he called four more times and finally left a message saying tnow the file was goingto court for federal charges. They are such a joke, and a pain in the [***].
OMG i just got a called and they said they had my bank information and that i took out a loan last year (one of those cash advances) and I didnt ....this is bull crap....i hate this people. they sounded chinese to me who knows....
They called my job today saying that there was a lawsuit against me. They gave me all of my personal info.. they asked me how did I want to handle the lawsuit.. I immediately went off on them.. they've already gotten over 200 dollars from my cousin.. I told them that no one has given ne any money and that I've never signed any papers and they hung up!!
THIS IS A SCAM. Scammers are using bought/hacked loan application data to extort payments for fictitious debts from victims and victims' families and friends.
