I just received the same voicemail message from "Nikki Johnson." I am so glad I checked this out before calling back. Thank you all for confirming my suspicions!
Same thing- electronic voice of "Nikki Johnson" with an urgent demand to call back the IRS call center (same number that called me) to avoid severe penalties. I reported it on the FTC Do Not Call website.
