Just rcvd this call. Same as everyone else, robocall from "Nicky johnson" impersonating the IRS. As Alfalfa said, it should be reported to call 800-366-4484 or online at http://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml
Got same message as others, Nikki Johnson from irs. I called back and got someone who I could barely understand. When she said they were going to sue me, I said "Good because this is bull. " they immediately hung up. Hard to believe anyone would not recognize this as scam.

Ridiculous. Automated voice claiming to represent the IRS and threatening dire consequences if the message is ignored. If this isn't against the law, it ought to be.
Automated voice mails being received from "law officer Nicki Johnson with IRS" stating: I need you or attorney of record to return call. Hotline to her division is 425 260 8844. Extremely time sensitive and dont disregard before they take action against me.
