I just received voicemail from this number. The lady stated she was calling from PLS and that they had tried to deliver some legal documents last week and stated I had two hours to call back to avoid further legal action. They provided the 424-261-5980 as a call back and left a reference number. I was going to call them back, but thanks to your posts I won't. Thanks!
This phone number that actually comes in as private called me today stating in voice mail that they need to set up a time to have me served legal documents because these documents we're refused on my behalf. I Google's their firm name and came up with no such company. First of all, a process server would not call you up and leave a voice message. Secondly, a "REAL" collection or process server would research your where abouts in other means and serve you and they do not need a signature. This folks is another scam! Every time I tried to call them it goes straight to voice mail. Its a scam spoof call. If you do manage to get them on the phone, it is your right to no who they are. Who is serving you these papers. And how you can get a hold of the company serving you. Anything short of that, it's a scam and just hang up and do not give out any information.
Got a call today asking for my husband saying he owes a debt and is being sued and I have to call this number to see what it is about. They said they tried to serve us at a very old address. The caller was threatening and could provide absolutely no information. What should i do knowing that they know my name and number now? I called this number and it goes right to voicemail for Wright & Lewis. I left a message for them to call me back so I can question them further.
