Person by the name of Paul contacted need to buy furniture I have listed on craigslist.   During numerous text he  claimed to be a member of a movie set crew that travels to different locations and therefore could not come by and see the products but would buy them sight unseen.   Is the texts were double responses, had bad grammar and spelling,  and exhibited other indicators of a potential scam.   He would not allow for phone calls only texts and required me to send my PayPal information several times.  I could not figure out what the possible scam could be until at the end of the negotiation he noticed me to say that the shipping for my products would be $1500 he would pay that through PayPal and then I would pay the shipper when the shipper arrived.   Since I have read about the PayPal payment scams I called him on it, told him I would be reporting him as a scam, and I haven't heard from him since.
