You can't stop these kinds of illegal calls. Don't pick up. let it go to answering machine. If you have a caller I.D do not pick up, it only serves to inform them that yours is a working number. There is nothing you can do, this person who is bilking millions from these scams has been fined and baned from certin states, he is not going to stop, so please just don't answer.

Each time I receive a robo call I get the phone # and send a complaint to the FCC. Their site is: https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form 1088!createComplaint.action.

Caller ID said "California" and this number. Suspected it was SPAM so picked up/hung up to break call. Glad I did, although If they played their recording (ILLEGAL) that would be one more 'strike' against them with the DNC List complaint form. Which I will fill right after this.
