A new number to a annoy you with

Caller ID says it's from Business Funds. I did not not answer.

Robocaller. No message. Blocked.

Just got a call, did not answer.  No message was left... will block.

I answered this call reluctantly because it said "Los Angeles Area".  A lady asked for the owner and I said he wasn't here, may I take a message and she said, can you make decisions on his behalf?  I said, no and she hung up on me. She almost sounded like a robot.
