I did not answer, but was tempted. Glad I resisted. This stuff is so out of control. Your phone company won't help, your gov't won't help. What would be great is a white list approach.
Fyi people, you shouldn't comment on these fraud phone calls and should just block and ignore them because they change the number after a certain number of complaints.
