Who called from 4243202121

Getting two calls a day from this number and they always hang up as soon as the answer machine picks up.  Just says California on caller ID

I've been getting calls from this and another 424 number.  Lots of scams originate from that area code.  Apparently they are trying to confirm the identity of whomever they are calling and then search the net for more info to attempt identity theft.
