Message in a robo voice said my full name and that they were from Kaiser and to call them back at 844-654-6524. It said it once in English then in Spanish. I do not trust any number not displaying a name or robo voice so I called Kaiser member services at 1-800-464-4000 and told the person I got a shady sounding robocall and asked was it legitimate. She put me on hold and after several minutes confirmed it was them calling. Kaiser, you need to display your name instead of the display showing Los Angeles Area.
Called and left message. It is Kaiser wanting you to call back to receive a message. However I tried that and there is no record of any message. Sounds fishy to me. If they want to talk to me then they need to give a valid number.
I called Kaiser member services after receiving this call. They told me that they DID NOT have an 844-654-6524 number and that there was no notation on my file that any department is trying to reach me. This is a SCAM.
They want me to press 1 if it's me - well we all know that illegal charges can be charged to your phone when you do that. I hang up. If Kaiser needs to get ahold of me they can email me directly. Better yet, they have my home address where they can email me too.
