Trying to sell warrenty. Rude when I  politely told him I wasn't interested, he told me to F off and he would call me at 2am.

Warranty scam. Robo call. Completely illegal. The FCC has a special web page setup to report on this type of fraud. You could be awarded up to $1500.00 each time they call but you have to sue them in court. If you just report them, the FCC will sue them. You can do both: sue in court AND report to FCC. Good luck.
