Many times when we answered HELLO no response and the caller hangs up. Many times a voice titled "Mindy Cooper" would advise us they have been monitoring our auto warranty. Under whose authority was "she" monitoring our warranty? I do not believe it was a human on the call, but a computer asking questions based on the called user's response. We are no longer answer our phone if this number call. We have our cell phones and our home phone on "DO NOT CALL", which we think is a BIG JOKE too.
