Who called from 4243699400

selling medicare;  telemarketing is supposed to be regulated by FTC DNC, but it does not help.  Any ideas how to stop these calls?  There is a limit on how many numbers my phone will block

second call from this number TODAY!   Caller ID says "medicareadvisor."  PLEASE! cCan't these people be shut down???

Same here, ever since the 6th been getting these calls from all over the country.

OBVIOUSLY a spoofed number.  Received call at 9:15 AM.  If this is from CA (As indicated), they would be up and making calls shortly after 6AM.  NOPE.
