When I called the number back, I got a female that wanted to know if I wanted to place an order for a Cancoon vacation, I told them that I wanted "a" phone number removed that they continue calling for a neighbor. She said one minute, and a recorded message came on. It gives you the choice to have the phone number you are calling FROM at that moment to be removed from their data base. Since this was my home phone number that I called from and had also been receiving these calls, that was fine, but not what I needed. I hung up and called back and the very RUDE LADY (same one) informed me that they cannot just type in a phone number, it has to be called FROM THE PHONE NUMBER THAT YOU WANT REMOVED. When I went to the neighbors house this morning and tried calling this number constantly for over 1 hour, it would only ring busy. I could not get through.
