The "YOUR HEALTHPLAN" caller has appeared on my caller id - they have called my house dozens of times.  My husband answered one of these phone calls about a month ago.  They asked to speak to me.  He said I wasn't available and could he take a message.  He also asked why they are calling and their response was a bit dubious.  He told them not to call back because I am not interested.  BUT - they continue to call (even after we said not to) and I continue not to answer their calls.  I think this is some backhanded way that my health insurance provider is using to get a heads-up on the health status of clients.  They want to monitor potential future claims, and I think the state of my health is none of their business unless I am at the doctor's office.

We are getting calls from them too as part of our BCBS insurance plan and a "chronic condition" diagnosis in my family.  They want to give tips and have a family member join their plan in an effort to reduce office visits.

I have received several calls from this number.  They announced themselves as "Healthy Connect".  I have told them each time to stop calling.  My wife works for Premera Blue Cross in WA.  I consider this a violation of the law regarding distribution of personal information.  This insurance company tells their employees not to give out personal information yet the "company" gives out personal information so that these so-called "nurses" can harass me. One more call and I will do whatever I can to file a complaint with the Office of the Insurance Commissioner.

my company is making a switch from health benefit providers. is this their way of trying to "save" individuals?

I have been subjected to numerous calls from this number for months, approximately five times a week.  No message is ever left and no one responds when I pick up. When I do pick up there seems to be an instantaneous disconnect. If they would maintain a connection I would hang on just to use up their time as they are wasting mine.
