This is a college matching service called Ed's Soup. Yet another phone spammer from job applications.

They do not leave a message so annoying

I got this call.  Never answered it.

Did not answer, no message left on machine.
My research indicates  this is a spoofed number as number is no longer in service. HomeGrocer.com went bankrupt years ago {2000}
