Thank you for your post regarding phone number 425-209-1667. I received a call from these scammers a few days ago and your post helped me in my decision regarding what action I will take. I have blocked my number from this caller.
Record said there was a complaint against us. They gave a list of numbers, which I didn't record. I pushed 1, as suggested. Woman answered. When I told her I thought they were running a scam she said I was just being nosy and the call was ending--yes, Customer Service. I called back the following day to see what the company name was. Got the message that the mailbox for X1002 was full. I left a message that we are on the Federal and our State Do Not Call lists and asked to be removed from their calling list. I am now going to report them to both agencies.
It said they had a complaint about me. I hung up and checked the number on the computer. It said, "Do not answer." It's a KO number.I just don't need another scammer or telemarketer. We're on the Do Not Call list, too, but it doesn't seem to matter!
received a call with a recorded message. It said that they had received documents concerning a complaint against me. it asked me to push #9 to be connected to a rep and give them a reference number. I did this, a man answered i asked who he was,he replied by asking who I was. There was an echo, I asked if he was recording the call.He said yes...couldn't believe that. Anyway, I told him he was braking the law by not informing me of the recording activity,and again asked him his name, he called me a name, then told me he was going to find me and F... me up. crazy
Phone call waken my mother and she heard, before they hung up, something about a complaint on an account . They rattled off call back number and complaint number and hung up not giving time for anyone to write it down. I will not be calling them back because to our best knowledge any accounts are okay and why wouldn't the specific account creditor get in touch first. My mother is in her 90's. I am her care giver.
