Who called from 4252091667

I received a voicemail from this number informing me that they had received documents in a complaint with my name attached and if I wanted to find out what the nature of the complaint was to dial 888-503-1735.  I returned the call and was told that there were charges on a MasterCard account that I was liable for.  I told the Customer Service [and I use that term lightly] person that I didn't have a MasterCard account and we proceeded to get into a non-professional altercation over the phone which lead to that CS person hanging up on me.  I called back to find out what the MasterCard number was and the person who answered the phone put me on hold but never came back to the phone.  I tried a second time and the same thing happened.  I called a third time and no one answered again so I left a voicemail stating that I was going to contact the Better Business Bureau.  I still do not know what the name of this company is and have blocked that number on my phone.
