Statewide Roofing is not related to Penguin/Stateside windows. Statewide Roofing is an awesome company - my experience with them is deck construction with roofing membrane for deck flooring. Workmanship is top quality and dealings with the company fair and honest.
I have dealty with Penguin as well. I love the windows and the install crew was also outstanding....however, since others who purchased these windows or wre not happy with their salesmanship, Penguin windows no longer exists and I now have difficulty obtaining matching windows when we do our remodel.
