I spoke with them once and declined their services but they persist in calling which tells me they don't have good communication in a company that is trying to sell you on their ability to promote your product. IMO they should be avoided. There are plenty of e-commerce companies that are affordable. There is a company called Store coach which is very legitimate and professional. After a few months, we stopped using their service although they are a great source.
