I have gotten a call from this number once a day, when i answer i hear silence, so lately been letting it go to my VM, and no VM left. Then recently i get calls twice a day, and today 4 times.
I called the number back and i get a busy signal. it's really annoying.
I received a call from this number at 5:55PM 10MAR08 on my work cell. I tried to call the number and no answer and no VM. This is the first time I've received a call from this number. I found out about this site by typing the number into a google search engine...
I just received a call from 425-282-5526. This number is a Microsoft Usability Program number. Since 425-282-5823 is only 303 numbers off from the other number it would be sensible to assume that the unknown number is from the Microsoft Campus in Renton, WA as well. I presume that Microsoft was trying to get in touch with me utilizing an auto-dial system to call me when I was called by the -5823 number, and when I answer the phone, I am connected with an operator. This would explain why there is no voice mail recorded when you don't answer (ie: the operator doesn't want to waste time leaving a message). As to why there is no one there when you do answer, I couldn't tell you...
