I too received a charge on my account from this, my bank's fraud department had already contacted me about my debit card getting stolen. Guess they didn't see this charge. I called the phone number and explained what happened, the company (Enom) was able to tell me what the charge was for, the domain name, and promised to refund the charge.
This number appeared on my Amex statement together with a 59$ charge for a domain name I never purchased. Stupidly, I called them. They answered, got more information from me, and I didn't hear from them again. I then called Amex fraud dept. which I should have done in the first place. Now I need to freeze my credit reports as I fear identity theft.
