His name is "Alex martinez" which is untrue because he has a thick indian accent. Do not answer any of his phone calls

They called and left a message saying there is an IRS LAWSUIT, call officer alex 'the spic' martinez.

We've been bombarded with recorded messages from this number about IRS charges against us.
What is the way to stop this nonsense?

How did you file? I received 4 calls from this number and finally called them back. The individual introduced himself as an officer. I asked why he was calling and he flat out said to scam you. I asked to be removed from the calling list and he said he cant. He continued to say everyone says they are going to report us but it's been 10 years and I still sit here scamming people. Seriously?
