In the last 2 weeks we got approx. 15 calls from this number on my cell phone, on my wife's cell phone and on our home phone. I know that the call comes from Washington State, but I don't know anyone from there, so I know that this must be a cold caller which doesn't deserve my attention.
I received a missed call. I called the number back and got a poorly recorded message about how the FCC requires they give an opt out option to not receive calls. But then the message cuts out and starts over before you can opt out. Also, it never says what the company is.
I have been receiving repeated calls from this number. When I answer, I get a recording saying that I have been approved to receive a discount on my electric bill and it says press 3 to opt out. I press 3 and it disconnects. It calls me OVER AND OVER and I have started calling back ready to scream at someone but can't get through. There are 30 seconds of silence, no ringing, then a recording that says all circuits are busy, call again later, and disconnects. Driving me crazy interrupting dinners, etc.

Received a call from 425-320-5023 on 9/27/2012 at 2:44pm EDT. Caller ID displayed "ELECTRIC SUPPLY". Did not answer and the following automated message was left.
"Hello. You are now entitled to receive a reduction on your electric bill due to recent government deregulation. Press 3 if you'd like to be removed from the entitlement list or press 5 to be transferred to a representative to find out which discount program you're eligible for on your electric bill. Press 5 to be transferred now."
This is apparently another scam related to electric service. I have received many calls of this type in the past and they appear to come in cycles. This week I have received several "electric scam" calls from various numbers. Several have left the same automated message.
I have gotten constant calls from 425-320-5023 - every day. I don't answer it, but of course no message is left. Today's first call actually showed caller id as Telemarketer. Later call just said out of area. Never leave message. Frustrated and very angry.
