Caller called here looking for my ex and his wife, would not tell me where they got MY number from. This is important because the number they called is only 2 yrs old and I've been divorced and unconnected from my ex (who lives nearly 3,000 miles away) for 15 years! I'm looking into what kind of lawsuit I can file against them because no one I know would have this number to give to anyone especially in reference to my ex, including my ex, who doesn't have this number. This is tantamount to stalking, definitely harassment, and must be illegal on some level.
got a call on my cell phone asking for a Lisa with the same last name as me, thought she said Alyssa, which is my underage daughter, so I said who are you and why do you want to talk to Alyssa - lady on the phone very rude says L I S A not Alyssa. I said wrong number then, and she tells me to get a new attitude. Then my home phone rings, same number. I picked it up and said this is the same B@#$H you just hung up with. She got really rude and pissy so I sreamed F-off in to the phone and hung up.
If I get another call from this number, the caller will be getting an air horn blown into the phone!
stupid lawyers calling for someone with my last name, but I have never heard of. Obviously ignoring them doesn't work so I laid into the lady who called my cell. How the hell are they getting my info... I like the idea of an air horn :) Got the same sort of inquiry from a debt collection company called client services. my home number is listed so they could be going through the phone book, but I don't know how they got my cell.
They called the first time asking for crystal. Which is the same name as my wife. They then gave the last name and last 4 social security number which was not the same. Said you have the wrong person. They called back again about 2 weeks later. Told them again they have the wrong number. We will see if they call back.
I got a very threatening phone call from 425-336-2580 and they said they were recommending that Wells Fargo would sue me or something like that and then they hung up on me. What's the deal?
A woman who calls herself Mrs. Brown called from this number as well as from 435-336-2592 to my ex in- laws who have been for 25 yrs now and Mrs. Brown said she was looking for me. And then she called again my ex-father-in-law and said I that was hired for this job and they needed to talk to me about it and where can they get a hold of me??? Of course he didn't tell her anything. This my friends is a law suit waiting to happen. P.S. this law firm already has my address and phone number, I responded to them with a Validation letter and they signed for it. And she still started calling ex in-laws, for my where about's soon after they received my letter...go figure...but it's illegal. Thanks for listening
