Scam multiple sclerosis charity calls from a variety of numbers in the 425 area code. Asked for me by name, thanked me for my "donations to support multiple sclerosis throughout the years" (scam tip-off because I've made no such donations) & wanted more $$$. I interrupted to tell them that I've asked multiple times when they've called from multiple numbers to take me off their call list & I was filing a complaint with the FCC because I'm sick of their incessant calls & refusal to STOP calling. The wretched woman interrupted me to state, "We are a charity and are exempt from the Do Not Call list and we can call you as often as we like." Outrageous but true -- I hung up on her after a few choice words in response (that's what they get for harassing me when I'm sick <g>) and added yet another of their numbers to my call blocker.
