Automated spam call

This is a spam call center out of India, I believe. It is meant to look like it is local to U.S., but it is not. They are trying to get you to call them, which is why I suspect they disconnect after 2 or 3 rings. Perhaps to get our number or to have us foot the bill. Regardless, I would not deal with them. They offer a "free" gift card and try to get your credit card number.
