I've received many missed calls from this number sporadically over the past several months and finally returned the call.  There was a lot of background noise, but I believe the company was called Herbalife.  They stated I had inquired about some "weight loss products", which I certainly had not.  I stopped the call there and requested to be removed from their list.  The caller politely accepted my request and wish me a good day.
