I missed a call and called this number back. The recording said I may owe back taxes to the IRS. If so, I could press 1 and talk with a representative. I don't owe any back taxes, so I just hung up.
Caller i.d. said "Pacifictel". I answered and a recording started in about my 'deliquent IRS tax debt". Hung up without listening to the rest of their spam.
These ppl keep bothering me...so I don't bother with them. I just
Call Verizon and give them all these numbers so they could block
Them off. It works. But every now and then somehow they call from another state
I got a call from this number at 10p. I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. I have my phone set to block my number from showing up on caller ID so when I called back I got a message that said they could identify my number and to call my phone provider to have it fixed and then you may call back. SCREW THAT!! I just filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. We'll see if that works.
When will the cell phone and landline phone companies solve this problem? What mutiny has to happen before spoofing is NOT allowed? There has got to be a technological answer to these a$$holes that call with fake numbers that seem to only last for a few weeks.
What will it take until you add up all the time wasted by these [***] on POed people.
