Did you stay at Yosemite or Reno, NV in July 2012? I started getting telemarketing calls after completing a phone survey for a Reno, NV hotel I stayed in. The telemarketing calls got worse after I received automated calls from Yosemite regarding the hantavirus outbreak during my stay. Was my phone number sold by the hotel's survey contractor or Yosemite (actually Deleware North Companies)?? Did this happen to you too?? Solution: Never take a phone survey. Never answer a number you don't recognize.
This caller, 425-406-9012, is annoying and has been harassing my family since September. The 2 most recent calls were on 10/8 and 10/5. It comes up as "Kirkland WA" and says something about lowering electricity bills, but pressing a number on your phone to stop the calls does not work. Calling the number and leaving a message does not work. I'm betting the "company" is phishing for private info to use.
