Who called from 4254069420

I just got a call from them for an offer to lower the interest rate on my credit card; my visa or mastercard. I need to act fast before the offer expires. I did, I hung up and reported them to the FTC Do Not Call website. I have been on the do not call list for several years.

Called on cell phone.  Don't even own a house!!

Telephone call to my cell phone. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013 9:24 AM EST

I answered and received a couple of electronic tones and then the phone disconnected

Total scam.  these callers also do, yellow page update, google update, major search engine. blah blah
Total scammers!!

Unwanted robo call. I do not want can calls from this number. Annoying!!!!!!
