Who called from 4254128553

This number has called me several times now on my cell phone. I decided to answer it, when I did, all I heard was a strange tone, kind of a fax.

I just received a phone call from this number and now my phone completely died. No nothing! What is that? I am also on the opt out call list nationally; so I don't understand why I am even receiving these types of calls.
United insurance agency is fraudulent apparently. No msgs.

They have called 2 times today and want leave a message!! I want them to stop calling me.

I get at least 4 calls from this number daily with no message left. I try to return call but get automated system or no answer. This is highly annoying, and I would like it to stop. I have blocked that particular number. Company name is KStar

Received about 15 calls until yesterday with no message. I happened to pick one of them and a lady with thick accent spoke about car insurance discount. She even had my last name and my previous address. Asked me for the current address and name. Asked her to remove me from their call list and hang up.

Well, got couple of calls again this afternoon.
