Just got the same message from Mike Nichols as above. Have blocked the number and will also report to Fair Credit reporting act. Have no debt and am so tired of these scams. There has to be a way to stop these people.
I just got a call from this number. I am at my mom's house (she's 80). They asked for the man I have been divorced from for 15 years and said my mom's phone number was connected to him??? What the hell!!!! She wouldn't tell me how she got the number or how she connected my mom to my long ago ex.
the same thing just happened to me. i don't have any outstanding loans or anything - i checked and they have a contract with the government to collect debt. who knows.
Got several phone calls from "Linda Taylor" asking me to call her back at 425-641-3235. Sometimes she leaves an ext # (2248) and other times she doesn't. She doesn't identify who she is with or state what her business is. I don't and will not return a phone call unless you can tell me who you are and what you want. Otherwise you could just be some telemarketer. She attempts to sound like a long lost friend, however, with the way things are you can't trust anyone! So that being said if you can't, as I said, leave a message with more detail on my generic sounding answering machine then I can't return your phone call! By the way, at present time... I am unaware of any outstanding bills. So I'm not to sure what Linda Taylor and Bellevue Collections / Financial Assistance is up to! I looked up the number and that is who it belongs to.
