The only reason people don't return calls is because they have a history of not handling business and have had to be reminded about it later anyway. and I would suggest at least calling it and letting someone know to not call it again so that they don't waste their time trying to help you anymore than your time trying to avoid being responsible.
Someone called looking for someone with my dad's name but totally wrong info on him. They said they must be looking for someone else with the same name. Thought it was weird that they would call his sons number and not him....
