called, it was silent when i answered then thy hung up

Repeatedly calls but leaves no message

Called once, when I answered it hung up. It called again, and when I answered it had an automated call asking about furthering education. Sounded like a followup call, haven't called them and no mention of a business, so pretty sure its spam.
