This number calls daily asking to refill scrips and I have no idea what the caller is referring to. The accent is so thick that I can't understand what he is doing but today he asked me for a pin number. Where do you report this stuff?

The caller constantly calls and the accent is so bad that I can't understand the man when he talks. For the first time the Caller I.D. showed up a name, Nance Olsen. They always wan to refill a prescription, I have no idea where they got my number, but I would love to learn how to block them from calling me.
