I as well have been hood winked by this Randall Goins and his company IMR recoveries they called me in June of 2012 indicating that I would be sued and legal action taken and possibly garnishment of wages if I did not immedately pay a spiegle account that now as I recall is between 12-18 years old. Me not knowing the law agreed to a payment plan so in June of 2012 I paid 50.00 and July I paid another 50.00 and August I paid another 50.00 . In late August of 2012 I called the company at phone number of 855-248-4369 and arranged addtional payment plans of 50.00 for September and October and November of 2012. On 09-17-12 I checked my checking account and saw that the 50.00 agreed upon had not been taken out so I figured it was just too early so I waited and on 09-19-12 I checked my account again and found that the money had not been taken out so I got worried and called the phone company at 855-248-4369 and phone number had been disconnected so I attempted to call this Mark Johnson who called me at phone number 425-697-6019 and that number as well was disconnected and then I attempted to email a Mark Hansen at
[email protected] but my email came back as delievery failed. So I did research only to find that this was a scum of the earth collection agency and I should have hung up on them. So today 09-20-12 I went to my bank and attempted to close my account that I used to pay this so called debt and found that today they took the 50.00 and my bank told me that because this payment was in pending status I would have to wait for this to clear in order to close the account but to come back on 09-21-12 and close the account becuase this should be clear by then . So that is my intentions to close the account and I have already cancelled the debit card that I provided to them to use to debit my account . I found out that he is back in action this Randall Goins at phone number 425-949-5930 this is disgusting I found him on facebook and I personally sent him a email via facebook expressing how dishonest and sick he is.
