Same here, I answered and no one answers but we remain connected so I say, hello a few more times thinking they are in a bad calling area like on a cell phone, but no answer, finally I just hang up.
Same as above, however I called them back and was given an opportunity to leave a message for "save our communities campaign" - Political money and time waster.
