I was contacted today. Basically the same. They had my employer my last four digits ssn and said it was advanced America which I've never taken a loan out but back on that date someone tried to use my info to obtain a loan through money tree I think is the name. I was freaked out because I remember this happening back in 2012 so I looked at my statement and confirmed to them I also said I was going to have my bank contact them to prove it, which she didn't sound happy about. I watch my credit report like a hawk and have no collections with this company against me or anyone.
Just recieved the same call the jrrk must think people are crazy does not state his nane or company and does not say my name. He better get into a different profession big scammer !he needs to be sent to prison trying to scam people someday he will grow up

So update, if anyone has been contacted by these scum please contact the FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION and report them. I contacted Advance America and reported everything to them and they directed me to FTC which recorded all my info and then directed me to place a fraud alert on my credit for 90 days.
The caller threatens that we need to pay a debt from Nov. 2012 for money put in our checking acct. that I never recd. and that a law suit has been filed against us from two different cash advance companies. I did not borrow any money and am tired of receiving these calls!
