Called my cell phone. This Ray Cruise-It person has called the house from different phone numbers. I do not give my cell phone number out to businesses, so this is nothing but a scam what ever the call leads to. In my state, it's illegal to place soliciting phone calls to a cell phone. Since I don't give my cell phone out, charity places shouldn't have my number either.
There was silence for a long time, then what sounded like a computerized voice. I tried calling back and was disconnected repeatedly. I eventually got a new computerized voice popping up saying no representatives were available, without telling me the business or facility, telling me that they would call back or to press 1 to be added to their do not call list.

The caller ID said "Chiefs Assoc", but I didn't answer. The last time they called I blocked the number, but they still call. I suspect it's a scam using the police or fire as front. Blocked again.
