I received a call from this number that left a message saying to return call based on a matter of being sued. Called him back and he said a payday loan is sueing me based on a closed loan and threatened to file a warrant for my arrest. Wouldn't give me details when I asked him questions about the matter.
Got a call from this number also, Trent Nelson 440-226-3201 Chardon, Ohio. Said I have a pending case, and they need to here from me or my Lawyer today or this case will go to trial . Sounds like a SCAM to me also. I have no outstanding debts to my name. Watch out! Please speak up, and warn others.
Same threatening call. Who knows where they get the numbers from. It's a phishing call. If you answer it then they pass it on and others will start calling. If it's important they'll leave a message. This time they left a message. I then look on this website and If it's on this web site. It's usually a scam.
