Same threatening call. Who knows where they get the numbers from. It's a phishing call. If you answer it then they pass it on and others will start calling. If it's important they'll leave a message. Received several calls from this number; keeps leaving me threatening voicemails saying that I have a legal case pending and that if I do not call back they will report me to the court as having waived my right to a defense attorney. Coming out of Cleveland area in Ohio and I have no debts from that area. Voicemails are a recorded message as each one is identical. Some guy named Trent Nielson. Just delete the voicemails. Sounds like a scam.
I received a call from this number today threatening to sue me. However I filed bankruptcy in January that has not been discharged yet so I knew it was a scam I just deleted the voicemail. I wanted to laugh.
