I was contacted by this number and 302-861-5020 for the last two days. When I asked for information in writing I was told it would be turned over to the District Attorney's office. So I'll wait to arrested for not paying back a payday loan I never received.

I got the same call today! A woman named Maria Sanchez left a voicemail saying I needed to call back immediately. I did and they said That there is a pending case against me for taking out a payday loan in 2011. They even had an old email address (which I haven't used in over 10 years) and a VERY old address of mine. As soon as I said my lawyer will call them they hung up. Thank God I looked up the number and found these comments. I was so scared BUT I KNEW I never took out a payday loan. Horrible to do to people
My daughter got the same type of call, but it went to voice mail. same lady Sanchez and must call or would waive rights to council. warn everyone. glad I found this site.
