I was first contacted on 04/09/15 with a voice mail from 320-307-0173 that was left telling me to call back immediately because I had a judgment placed against me. There was no other information left. I called back. The person that answered told me I had taken out a Payday loan in 2011 with a bank I didn't bank with. She refused to provide the name of the company and hung up. I tried calling back several times the next day. I looked into the name of the company (from the voice mail) Pre-Trial Intervention on the internet and found it was a scam. I stopped calling them back. I was contacted from another number on 04/13/15 440-226-3202. This time I answered. I was told a warrant was issued and I had 24 hours to turn myself in and I was required to server 120 days in jail for my crime for not paying a Payday loan taken in 2011. This time a different bank was name with a different home address. I engaged the caller. I asked to provide details of the loan and company. She refused. She told me it wasn't her job to provide any backup of any debt. She hung up. I receive another voicemail on 04/15/15 from the same number at 440-226-3202. This time the message told me I had until the end of the day to call back or have my attorney call back. This is when I found this page. The harassment of these people is taking a toll. They need to be found, charged, and put away.

Called and never referred to my name, but I called back and they went through the whole spill about how I owe 1100 dollars to "online advanced llc" from 2011. told me there's a pending warrant for my arrest if I don't take action. The company wants me to spend 120 days in jail and yada yada....btw, it's 2015.
Some unidentified guy who wouldn't call me by name says his lawyers want me to spend 120 days in jail for some unspecified thing I bought at some unspecified store on some unspecified day in 2011 and never paid for. Oh yeah, this seems real..... I love how they think the "wronged" company gets to dictate the jail terms, and all without a trial. This ain't how it's done in the USA, Cinderella!! I got the usual broken English threat to pay up within the hour or a thousand curses will fall upon my household. I'll just sit here and wait for the locusts to come, but so far it's been 90 minutes and I ain't seein' nothin'

I got a call from this number today. Probably an overseas dialing company to be this far fetched. But if someone gets a recording my attorney is michael fine at ohioconsumerlawyer.com he is in university hts. And he will make them pay.
