They called and when we picked up they said nothing, I'm tring to call them back and it just puts me on hold and tells me that my call is VERY important to them.  It's SOOOOooooooo important that they feel they need to tell me every 30 seconds....  they tell me they are powerdirect.  They've told me 20 times so that's 10 minutes on hold.
