The female caller claimed to be from progressive insurance. She told me that my automatic withdrawal to open the account had not gone through (this is after I had already received several confirmations that my payment was successful confirmation numbers and all.) After several inquires she refused to relay any of the information I had given them when I opened the account and continued to ask for my account information. Something was definitely fishy, proceed with caution and check up on your info from your end of things, and don't give out personal info to just anybody!
